Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Returns should be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Customers must notify us via email to support@malesiahoney.com. Upon approval, customers will receive return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If due to our error (e.g., defective item), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers bear the costs.
